DOST VII launches the First Enabling Space for Local Game Developers
This Tuesday, November 23, at 9:00AM DOST VII is launching the first enabling space in the region through its “Level APP: Enabling the Next Generation of Gaming Entrepreneurs”.
In partnership with Matic Hub, Valhalla Online Services, Spartan Race, and QBO Philippines this project intends to provide industry-level education and training to the local aspiring developers.
The Level APP Project also aims to provide business support for developers who want to bring their games to market. Six local developers have chosen to undergo a 9-month apprenticeship in game development, and the winning team will receive Php 50,000 cash subsidy.
